Senior Regional Director

Job Description:

  • To provide advisory services on operational and compliance matters to Branches.
  • Monthly report submission by branches under purview:-
    1. Compile softcopy (received by 4th of the following month) and hardcopy of monthly report (received by 7th of the following month).
    2. Verify statements against GL.
    3. Segregate the statements for filing.
    4. Escalation of softcopy statements on Suspense Account for overall compilation to be submitted to Finance by 10th of every month.
  • To ensure that branches enquiries are responded to timely and signed by the relevant authority.
  • 1st level review on Operational Lapses and / or Losses / Near Misses reported via Oprisk system.
  • Preparation of Fraud and Operational Lapses Report FOLR) and preliminary investigation report to DCB and for onward escalation to Human Resource. This is including approval request for refunds, settlement of solicitors’ / handwriting experts / counter claims.
  • Provide and compile specific attributes for branch staff yearly KPI.
  • To conduct briefing on operations, regulatory compliance and banking products / services.
  • Give motivation and encouragement to branch staff in overcoming work related concerns that affect them emotionally.
  • Handled projects as assigned.
  • Follow-up and analyze monthly minutes of meeting submitted by Branches under purview.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Finance / Accountancy / Banking / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing / Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Possess the ability to guide and train a team of staff to achieve sales targets and service standards.

Vice President, Talent Development

Job Description:

  • To design and communicate the talent management and successor development initiatives across the Bank (including but not limited to secondment, job covering or shadowing, temporary deployments and coaching programs) to ensure readiness of the talent pipeline for key leadership roles.
  • To spearhead the critical forums and conversations on talent identification as well as succession planning to enhance the bench strength of internal mission critical positions ie. C-Suite and Senior Management.
  • To forefront the engagements with the business partners on the talent needs as well as to develop effective talent framework strategies including but not limited to effective management of Team High Performance.
  • To lead the monitoring of development programs in promoting the best practices of talent review best practices to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
  • To act as a soundboard for the Management of the Bank to ensure leaders are aligned on the culture and values as well as business objectives.
  • To refresh and refine the talent assessment approach as well as tools to ensure relevance with the current and emerging business needs and market trends.
  • To communicate effectively to the Management of the Bank on the talent management metrics and systematic quarterly and annual reporting on talent initiatives by job categories and job levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Possess knowledge in talent development and banking operations.
  • Possess good management and leadership skills.

Relationship Manager, Business Wealth

Job Description:

  • To achieve the assigned deposit growth and fee-based income target.
  • Aggressively cross-selling Enterprise Banking wealth solution, cash management solutions and other banking solutions.
  • Reaching out to potential business sectors and generate sustainable and quality inflow of potential leads.
  • Work closely with the team leads to engages relevant stakeholders in all marketing, business and promotional activities in ensuring effective and quality sales and service standard.
  • Manage sales processes to ensure compliance to Bank prescribed level of service standards.
  • Provide support and assistance to other Departments/Divisions within the Bank with matters relating to the assigned segment.
  • Ensure timely submission of sales performance related report.
  • Maintains high compliance and sales discipline benchmark in accordance to Bank’s and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct regular visits and meetings with top customers of the assigned customer base to enhance banker-customer relationship ultimately to ensure better service quality.
  • Contributes suggestions on customer retention strategies and programs.
  • Participates in all product development and customer engagement activities for cash management and business wealth for the targeted segment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking / Marketing / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Relationship Manager with proven track records.
  • Outgoing personality to meet new clients and existing bank clients.
  • Aggressive and performance driven.
  • Able to work independently and travel domestically.
  • Preferably to be able to converse in multilanguage/ dialects.
  • Possess following mandated insurance license by the division:
    1. PCEIA Life & General
    2. Family & General Takaful
    3. CEILI
    4. IPPC & FIMM (as and when required by the Division)
